Department Guest Or Event Parking

Parking Service has partnered with a company called   which offers a parking validation platform to manage Guest and Event parking on campus.  This partnership provides us with a robust, feature rich platform offering an improved end user experience.

Requesting a validation link

  • Full day guest parking is charged at $8.00 per parking validation use.
  • Departments will be direct billed to the department and charged through Workday. A program code or cost center must be included on the request form.
  • External Event parking requests and internal department requests not charged through workday are subject to 5% GST
  • All event requests are subject to availability and may be denied.
  • Once processed Parking Services will contact you with information and instructions.

 

Guest parking validations do not expire and can be used a pre-determined number of times
 *A minimum of 10 parking sessions must be purchased at a time

Event parking validations have unlimited uses but during a specific time period
*A minimum fee equivalent to ten uses will be charged, regardless of actual usage

  2. Enter license plate and State/Province
  3. Enter any additional information requested
  4. Click “Park” – registrations details will be confirmed

  3. Enter any additional information requested

Coupon codes are not valid at short term parking or accessibility stalls.
