For new students it may take time for your CWL (Campus Wide Login) classification to propagate through the system – resident or commuting. You won’t be able to login with your CWL until it propagates through the system. This is through UBC registration and not with Parking Services, although it does directly affect your Parking Account.
Login to your account with your CWL from the Account Login link above to manage and maintain your vehicle information.
You can place your name on up to four waitlists at one time. Parking lots with the largest quantity of permits available are H, G, J and W (in that order). To increase your chances of obtaining a permit, it is suggested that you place your name on those four waitlists and in that order of priority. When a parking lot has reached its waitlist capacity it will not be available as a selection from your Parking Account.
Permit quantities are limited and offered based on your waitlist placement. In order to be offered a permit you must place your name on a waitlist. Placing your name on a waitlist does not guarantee that you will be offered a permit.
You will remain on the waitlist during the semester and contacted based on your priority and placement. When the permit is offered, any waitlist selections are automatically removed from the waitlist. All permits are first come first serve. One permit on your Parking Account is allowed.
