This is a friendly reminder that Convocation ceremonies will be taking place on Thursday, June 4 and Friday, June 5, 2026. We are expecting more than 2,600 graduating students and their guests to visit campus over the two days. There will be no access to short term parking at the Gym and the Hanger Fitness center to ensure safety. As a result, parking lots B, G, S, W, J, and R will be closed to all but Graduates and their guests. Lots E and F will be needed for graduating students particularly during peak ceremony times. We ask that you please park in H lot for these two days.
If you have the option, we strongly encourage you to:
- Use alternate transportation (e.g., carpooling, transit, cycling), or
- Work from home, where operationally feasible
Taking advantage of these options will help reduce congestion and ensure that our graduates and their guests have a smooth and welcoming experience on this important occasion.
