Information for Fall 2023 and Winter 2024 Semester Parking Permits will be available 1-2 months prior to the waitlist placement date. Waitlist placement is expected to take place sometime in the beginning of August for commuting students and middle of August for Resident students.
Permit quantities are limited and offered based on your waitlist placement. In order to be offered a permit you must place your name on a waitlist. Placing your name on a waitlist does not guarantee that you will be offered a permit.
For new students it may take time for your CWL (Campus Wide Login) classification to propagate through the system – resident or commuting. You won’t be able to login with your CWL until it propagates through the system. This is through UBC registration and not with Parking Services, although it does directly affect your Parking Account.
