Construction of the new ICI building, located south of the Engineering, Management and Education (EME) building is underway with an anticipated completion in 2025.
All efforts are being made to minimize disruption to the UBC Okanagan community, however, some impacts are unavoidable. Details of the impacts are provided below and will be updated as the project progresses.
Alumni Avenue will be CLOSED to through traffic between the Parking Lot J Access and University Way. Only buses will be permitted onto Alumni Avenue at University Way to access the Transit Exchange. Full lane closure will occur starting February 13.
